Patrick J. Wolf, PhD, is an American business strategist, policy researcher, and civic leader advancing American manufacturing, energy, artificial intelligence, and national competitiveness through research, industry leadership, and public service.

Institutions & Affiliations

Patrick serves as Executive Director of the Institute for American Manufacturing & Technology (IAMT), a nonprofit policy and research organization dedicated to restoring and strengthening the industrial foundations of the United States. Under his leadership, IAMT operates through three specialized research divisions: the Aegis Institute for artificial intelligence and compute infrastructure, the Atlas Institute for energy and power systems, and the Forge Institute for manufacturing and supply chains.

In Idaho, Patrick founded Idaho Leaders, a platform covering business, policy, and civic leadership across the state. He also serves as Senior Advisor to the American Founders Institute, a research and publications organization focused on policy analysis and institutional leadership.
